Abstract instruction and submission
- An abstract should be in 300–350 words excluding title, names and affiliations of authors, and e-mail address.
- It must be written in English, using single spacing and Times font.
- The title should be in bold, 13-point font.
- The names, affiliations, and email addresses should be in 12-point font.
- The abstract body should be in 12-point font.

Timeline for Abstract Submission
– Abstract Submission: August 1 – December 15, 2026
– Scientific committee to review the abstracts: September 2026 – January 2027
– Abstract acceptance for presentation: January 31, 2027

Abstract Evaluation
The Organizing Committee will evaluate the abstracts requested for oral presentations by authors due to the space limitation for orals. Some participants requesting for oral presentations may be asked to present a poster. The notification will be made by January 31, 2027.
Oral presentations
Presentation time for each speaker in the contributed session is 15 min including questions and answers.
Poster presentations
Poster Size: 80 cm width x 120 cm height. All posters will be exposed during the full length of the Forum. Also, there will be 1-2 independent poster sessions, each of 1.5 hours.
