Anyone interested in organizing a mini-symposium is invited to submit a complete proposal. Please note the following requirements:

– All proposals must include the confirmation of all invited speakers (e.g., capture of email confirmation), and their tentative presentation titles. Four speakers per mini-symposium recommended.

– Local Organizing Committee (LOC) will offer a small honorarium (subject to budget availability) for selected mini-symposium at the beginning of APPF week.

– The organizers and the invited speakers are required to register for the conference and pay the registration fees as regular delegates.

– Selection results will be announced by October 15, 2026.

Timeline for organizing mini-symposia:

– Call for application: July 27 – October 10, 2026
– Deadline to submit the mini-symposium proposals: October 10, 2026.
– Approval of mini-symposium selection will be announced: October 15, 2026
