Registration Fee

1. The full delegate and student fees cover an abstract book, a congress bag, and admission to the opening and closing ceremonies. The fee also includes access to all scientific sessions, the welcoming reception and ice breaker, the conference banquet, and all tea breaks and lunches during the conference.
2. NOTE: Congress bags will not be handed out to accompanying persons.
3. Students must submit a scanned copy or photograph of their student ID card during registration. Please wait for organizer approval before proceeding with abstract submission (if applicable) and payment.
4. Accompanying persons should be your family members, not your colleagues.
Accompanying persons fee includes: participation to coffee breaks and social events including the welcoming reception, ice breaker, and the conference banquet.

Way to registration: Registration is available online with payment must be made in USD by bank transfer.

Submission & Registration

Registration is officially open. Please submit your registration, abstract, and other conference details through our portal at your earliest convenience.

Instruction for the APPF 2027 Submission & Registration Portal

The APPF 2027 Submission & Registration Portal consists of four steps. Email verification and completion of personal information must be completed first; the remaining steps can be completed later by revisiting the Portal. Please monitor the relevant deadlines and complete each required step on time.

Step 1. Email Verification

Verify your email address to ensure that you receive important conference updates.

If verification fails, possibly due to network restrictions, try using a VPN, switching browsers (e.g., Chrome or Edge), or clearing your browser cache. If the problem persists, contact the Secretariat for assistance with manual registration and abstract submission.

Step 2. Personal Information

Select your participant category (Delegate or Student) and provide your name, affiliation, country, billing address (if an invoice is required), and dietary requirements.

Student participants must upload a valid student ID for verification before proceeding. Verification is normally completed within one day.

Step 3. Registration

Select either Presenting Participant (oral or poster presentation) or Non-presenting Participant. The registration fee is the same for both categories.

Presenting participants can submit their abstracts through the Portal. All participants may also register for optional post-conference excursion/tours and accompanying persons, if applicable.

Step 4. Payment

Complete payment through the Portal after registration. If your abstract is not yet ready, you may submit it later, provided you meet the abstract submission deadline.

To minimize transaction fees for both participants and the Organizing Committee, bank transfer is the only available payment method. After completing the transfer, enter the sender account name and click the blue button at the bottom of the payment page: “I Have Completed This Transfer – Submit Notice.”

Payment confirmation and an official receipt will normally be issued within one business day after the Organizing Committee has verified receipt of the payment.

Group Payment Option for Registration Fees 

To reduce international bank transfer fees and administrative workload, the Organizing Committee accepts group payments for registration fees. A single bank transfer may cover multiple participants affiliated with the same institution, research project, or research group.

Participants wishing to use this option should contact the APPF 2027 Secretariat in advance. An invoice for the total amount will be issued, and an official receipt will be provided once payment has been received. The payment status of all participants covered by the group payment will then be updated in the APPF 2027 Submission and Registration Portal.

Additional Notes on Abstract Submission

• You may revisit the Portal to edit, update, and resubmit your abstract at any time before the submission deadline.
• Alternatively, you may email your abstract to appf2027vn@gmail.com and complete your registration and payment through the Portal later, subject to the applicable deadlines.
