Vietnam has a modern and accessible visa system. Please review the options below to ensure your entry requirements are met:
- Visa Exemptions: Citizens of several countries (including many ASEAN and European nations) are eligible for visa-free entry for a limited period. Please check the latest list on the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs website: https://lanhsuvietnam.gov.vn/default.aspx. The website is in Vietnamese, but its drop down menu contains button “Visa Exemmtion to Vietnam” that will bring you to the latest list of exemption of entry visa to Vietnam.
- E-Visa: For most other nationalities, an E-visa is the most convenient option. It is valid for up to 90 days and can be obtained online through the Official Vietnam E-visa Portal: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/. The processing time is typically 3–5 working days.
- Official Invitation Letters: If you require a formal invitation letter for a business visa application or institutional approval, please complete your registration first. Once registered, you may request an invitation letter by contacting the Secretariat at [Email Address].
Recommendation: We strongly advise participants to apply for their visas at least one month prior to the conference to avoid any unexpected delays.
